Seattle Circle and Ray of Light productions is co-sponsoring a residential workshop in the Seattle area from May 16th – 21st, 2023.
The workshop will be guided by experienced members of the (international) Guitar Circle, the Seattle Guitar Circle in collaboration with Seattle Circle, our not-for-profit arts entity.
Arrivals: Tuesday, May 16th, in time to settle in and for dinner at 7pm.
Departures: Sunday, May 21st by noon
This course is open to those who have attended at least one Guitar Craft / Guitar Circle course and have an established morning sitting practice. If you are new to this work and wish to attend, please contact us before applying. We welcome both guitarists and audience members alike to this course.
The conditions at Raft Island are adequate. We will sleep in cabins with bunk beds, with communal bathroom facilities for some.
Kitchen Craft and House Craft will be key parts of this course.
Tuition: $850. A deposit of $250 is required to hold your space. The balance is due in full by April 17th, at which point your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Covid Policy:
While we may have passed through the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic, we ask that everyone who attends this course to be fully vaccinated. Mask wearing will be optional, though we will follow the local guidelines and current science. If you are not vaccinated for some reason, please let us know so we can come up with a plan.
